All parents/guardians need to fill the Direct Debit form online (unless you have filled it previously)
Confirm that your children will be attending the first term of 2024 by visiting us in person, by calling, by sending an SMS message or by sending a WhatsApp message to 075 6307 0985.

Our academic year is divided into three terms with each term being approximately four months including holidays
We follow the same academic year structure as regular schools.
The dates follow the academic terms of regular schools as defined by Ealing Council.
The exact dates of the madrasah are published and regularly updated on Madrasah website (https://www.madrasah.bilalmasjid.co.uk/calendar)

Kindly note that there are some changes to the fees structure.
Fees is calculated and charged on a termly basis.
You can distribute the cost by paying the fees by monthly instalments with direct debit / standing order.
Note that the fees is only payable by direct debit. Please fill the online form:

We are ordering the course books however these may take some time to arrive. We will update you from when books are available. Each book costs between £5 to £10. Number of books varies from class to class. Admin will confirm the details at the time of collection.
Payment for the Books:
All students have to pay for the cost of the course books only once at the start of the academic year. You may be able to distribute the cost by adding the books cost with your Direct Debit for the tuition fees. The DD can be set up directly from your online banking or alternatively you can fill out this DD form online.
We hope these changes will make your life less stressful as well as reduce our overheads of managing fees every month. If you would like more information, please contact the office.
